Our free in-home assessment helps you build the right mix of services — no obligation.
Getting started
From first call to first visit, in four clear steps.
No pressure and no obligation. Most families can start care within a few days of their assessment.
Step 1: Call or request online
Tell us about your loved one. A care coordinator answers questions and checks program eligibility.
Step 2: Free in-home assessment
A supervisor visits the home to understand needs, routines, safety, and personal preferences.
Step 3: Written service plan
We document the tasks, schedule, and goals together — exactly what Texas licensing standards require.
Step 4: Matched attendant begins
We introduce a screened, trained attendant, then follow up regularly to make sure care stays right.
About our Texas licensure
Held to the standards Texas sets for in-home care.
Home care in Texas is regulated. Agencies that send attendants into homes must be licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and follow the rules in Texas Administrative Code, Title 26, Chapter 558. We meet those requirements — and we are happy to show you how.

Questions families ask
Answers before you call.
What are Personal Assistance Services (PAS)?
PAS is a Texas license category for non-medical, in-home support: personal care such as bathing and dressing, homemaking such as cleaning and meals, and escort to appointments. It does not include skilled nursing.
How quickly can care start?
After your free in-home assessment, many families begin within 48 to 72 hours. Medicaid-funded care starts once the program or health plan authorizes services.
Are your caregivers employees or contractors?
Our attendants are screened, trained, and supervised by our agency. We handle scheduling, backup coverage, and all employment paperwork so families don’t have to.
Can I change my schedule or services later?
Yes. Your service plan is a living document. Call us any time and we’ll adjust hours or tasks as your loved one’s needs change.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
We serve Manor, East and Central Austin, Pflugerville, Hutto, Round Rock, Elgin, and Del Valle. Visit our Service Areas page to check your ZIP code.
