FAQ

Personal Care questions

Will the same attendant come every time?

We match each client with a primary attendant and a trained backup so routines stay consistent, even during vacations or illness.

Can you help with someone who uses a wheelchair or walker?

Yes. Attendants are trained in safe transfer techniques and work alongside any mobility equipment already in the home.

Is this covered by Texas Medicaid?

Personal care is a core task under HHSC programs such as Primary Home Care (PHC), Community Attendant Services (CAS), and STAR+PLUS. We will help confirm eligibility.
